We recently enjoyed a wine-tasting event at Toronto’s Fermenting Cellar in the Distillery District.  The fifth-annual Chilean Wine Festival showcased over thirty wineries, each offering several delicious wines to sample.  We spent the greater part of the afternoon sipping, chatting and absorbing all we could about Chilean wines.
