Couture Cuisine is pleased to introduce our very own blog. We are thrilled to introduce you to two new and gorgeous event spaces here in Toronto. The Bram and Bluma Appel Salon at the Toronto Reference Library is sleek, chic and light-filled. Set in the heart of tony Yorkville, The Salon is large enough to host up to 400 dinner guests, which is exceptional for a downtown space. Another gem is the Royal Conservatory of Music. Freshly renovated, it juxtaposes the historic school with clean, cool, modern elements. It has several different spaces and can cater to groups as large as 200 for dinner. Imagine an intimate wedding ceremony in the elegant Mazzoleni Hall, followed by a sumptuous multi-course dinner under the soaring glass ceiling of the Atrium.
